Beautiful Day!

We spent the day sledding near Heber. It was so pretty, and clear up there. It was so warm we were all sweating by noon.

Tally had a few good spills, but it didn't ruin his fun. He wouldn't get in the car when it was finally time to go home.

Who needs Disneyland when you can go to a petting zoo?

We went to California this last week, and the highlight of our trip was a visit to a petting zoo. We also had a wonderful time, playing at the beach, eating hamburgers and chocolate shakes nearly every day, watching movies in our pajamas because it rained one day, taking long naps and sleeping in. We had so much fun sitting in the sunshine and watching the ocean. We just wish we could've had the whole family there with us. We love you!

Posted by PicasaHoldy sat in one spot for almost 30 minutes holding these two little pigs.
Holden and I were in heaven with all these animals. We are the animal lovers of the family.

Does anyone notice what Tally is doing? Those of you who really know Tal will know that he has this weird habit of flipping ears. He grits his teeth while he flips ears. It's the funniest thing!

You don't realize it but that carrot is going right for the bunnies eye.

Happy Birthday Holden! He turned three yesterday and we had a Wall-E party. A clown came and tied balloons and did magic tricks for the kids. He is my little animal lover. He is sweet and thoughtful and smart. The thought always comes to my mind, "Thank goodness for little boys..." I am so blessed to have him!

This morning we (tal, holdy and myself) went to the grocery store and I told them that if they were good then they could both pick out a treat at the end. They were both mostly good. So, i followed them around to pick out a treat, and holden picked SPAM and tal picked candy. I tried to explain that spam was only a treat for grandpa, but he insisted that spam was what he wanted. Then as I was trying to get them to the car they were climbing on the cart and darting here and there and so I said, "Behave kids or Mommy is going to have a COW!!" Then, when we got in the car and were driving home Tal said, "Mom I think we need to get a cow because Holdy is not going to behave." I laughed all the way home. My cute little bundles of joy...
